Adelais Bay Hotel - Protaras

it was clean. the food was nice.

the hotel is very old. it absolutely need a renovation.

there was a lovely small, but beautiful beach across the road.

The rooms are very out dated, with carpet throughout the hotel, and general maintanence required. location of hotel is poor in relation to the shops and restaurants, it includes atleast 15 minute walk and this is difficult in the heat. food at both breakfast and tea is not of good quality.

Satisfactory breakfast, recently renovated twin room. Quiet location, 2 km from city centre. Nearby a bus station, very nice area.

The staff were helpful and very friendly.

I can't believe how unprofessional the service was. Despite showing the confirmation on my phone, it took an eternity to sort out. It's ridiculous that in two of the rooms we had only one usable electric socket. I would have expected more from a so-called reputable hotel!

Appreciated our stay, and would consider staying here again. The twin room was exceptionally clean and functional with amazing view. The breakfast offered lots of food and was satisfactory. The location was good and the staff members were incredibly kind...

Staff were excellent & very helpful. Breakfast & dinner very good. Hotel very clean. Nice large swimming pool & pleasant garden with sun loungers. Hotel is on the edge of Protaras, although there is a main road at the bottom of the garden, the hotel is quiet. It was just a short stroll to the nearest sandy bay. If you haven't your own transport, there is an excellent bus service into both Protaras & Ayia Napa, which runs until 04.00, The buses stop at the bottom of the garden.

To far to walk into Protaras.

Request balcony cleaning on arrival for a more pleasant stay, as our balcony needed attention .

Amazing breakfast variety!

Had a canny time here, like. The pool area was lush with loads of sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was decent with a good selection. Just found the rooms a bit outdated, could do with a proper refresh. a great spot for a chilled getaway.

The so-called sea view was nearly blocked by a huge tree, lovely. The furnitures were dreadfully mismatched, how charming! I expected to be welcomed with a complimentary drink but was treated like every other guest instead. So disappointing, i almost gave a better review but just couldn't handle the sheer mediocrity of it all.

The room was spacious, had a comfortable double bed, and a great sea view. A lovely balcony with outdoor furniture made it perfect for chilling. Enjoyed relaxing by the clean pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast had a good variety like cereals and fruit, and the dinner themed nights were nice too, especially the Asian night.

The pool is spacious, great for kids with a separate section. Perfect location near the beach, just a quick walk away. Also loved the a la carte dining option at the restaurant next door. The chill vibes around the pool were just fantastic! Our room had a fine sea view.

The pool area is fantastic with comfortable loungers and a nice bar cafe. Enjoyed the themed dinner nights, especially Greek night!
